HEADS UP | CALLAWAY TOUR ISSUE COMING TO JD’S CLUBS

We are excited to announce that your JD’s Clubs will be offering new items from yet another popular brand the company carries – Callaway, a leading manufacturer of golf drivers in the world.

Watch out for the Callaway Tour Issue as they will be made available at our online shopping facility within a week. These items, particularly Callaway’s heads that are “TC” serial numbered as well as some super rare items like the Epic Sub Zero 440 driver heads, are not available at regular retail stores.

 

 

SOME FACTS ABOUT TOUR ISSUE CLUBS:

  • Tighter specifications
  • COR (Coefficient of Restitution) tested to make sure they are eligible for use on tour
  • Some clubs, shafts, and finishes are used for tour only; these items are never released to the public

WHY CALLAWAY CLUBS ARE SERIAL NUMBERED?

To protect the golfing public from counterfeited and cloned products, Callaway uses unique serial numbers to identify their clubs. For iron sets, the serial number can be found on either the hosel or heel of the 8-iron only. For hybrids, fairway woods, and drivers, the serial number is located on the heel of the club.

SOME TIPS TO CONFIRM THE AUTHENTICITY OF CALLAWAY CLUBS

You can take the club to authorized Callaway retailers such as your JD’s Clubs as they can help you identify whether the item you have is authentic or not.

Alternatively, send your club directly to the manufacturer for inspection.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
