NEW YEAR, NEW CLUB: Let’s Welcome Mitsubishi Diamana Kai’li this 2022

Mitsubishi is committed to designing and developing the highest-performing composite golf shafts for competitive golf players across the world. They create the golf shaft and all of the necessary materials that go into it. In year 2022, let’s welcome Mitsubishi Diamana Kaili.

For over 30 years of research and exploration of the perfect golf equipment design, MCA golf had over a thousand fibers and resin for many performance-based applications, one of them being golf shafts. Plus, the company makes shafts and uses its resources to leverage the performance of its designs. Some of the essential raw materials are as follows: monomer, acrylic fiber, carbon fiber, resin, and prepreg.

MCA GOLF has established itself as a significant force in the golf market, with many of the world’s elite tour players utilizing Mitsubishi Chemical golf shafts. Hence, the firm focuses on innovation, and its unique designs are continually modernizing the golf industry. Hence in 2022, MCA will release Mitsubishi Kai’li golf shafts.

Story Behind the Name

Kaili, a single word from two — “Kai” meaning ocean, “Li” energy — meant to embody the immense power and mystery of the ocean. The ocean’s undiscovered areas inspired Mitsubishi. Because more than 85 percent of the ocean has yet to be explored, every shaft launch under the Kai’li trademark represents another breakthrough in shaft technology.

This year, Kaili joins the Diamana and TENSEI legacies, demonstrating Mitsubishi Chemical’s dedication to bringing the next premium generation of golf shafts.

Introducing Kaili White

New depths of power, unmatched performance in a low launch, and low spin on the driver shaft are explored by Mitsubishi Chemical through their Kaili Shaft. Kaili white is design to keep the torque lower under the demands of today’s high-velocity swings. Hence, it features an MR70-reinforced tip that promotes consistency on the center-face impact for tighter dispersion.

Moreover, there is a taper butt design which is the first in Mitsubishi Chemical’s low-launch profile with Super Low Resin Content Prepreg. There is also an increased carbon fiber in the torque core to produce a smooth and responsive feel in the hands. In short, Kai’li White is a blue-feeling, white-performing, and wholly unique shaft that doesn’t sacrifice the feel for flight.

KAILI: Deep Power For the Modern Golfer

Listed below are the key features and technology used in Kai’li Shafts:

Flight Without Sacrificing Feel

There’s magic in Kai’li Shafts. Mitsubishi created an industry-exclusive Super Lower Resin Content Prepreg integrated into the most significant part of the golf shaft to create its exceptional feel. Hence, the torque core allows an increased volume in carbon fiber. This perfect combination helps the torque to drive lower and increase stability and consistency. Plus, greater frequency is develop in response to the golfer’s hands.

Designed with MR70 Carbon Fiber

Mitsubishi Chemical designed and developed this high-performance and aerospace-grade technology application. The MR70 is a highly innovative carbon fiber material that is 20% stronger and has a 10% modulus than conventional ones.

Super Low Resin Content (SLRC) Prepreg contains 15% more carbon fiber and 13% less resin than traditional prepregs. With this, a higher density of carbon fibers is delivered. Thus, producing 40T strength with less added weight and a purer feel. SLRC also has fibers that are uniquely oriented at 45°. It is to provide added tip strength and to drive down the torque value.

Gears Certified

Mitsubishi Chemical allows players to optimize every segment of their game. Also, confidence is secure through the consistent performance it gives. All of these are assure through continued material advancement and innovation, GEARS data validation, and tour input.

Final Thoughts

When it comes to golf equipment, shafts are often overlook. The length, flex, torque, kick-point, weight, and alignment of the shaft all affect the performance of your golf club. The right shaft does not guarantee better performance. Custom-fitting gives you a passport to better golf. Although it may increase your purchase cost, the benefits it will bring are worth the investment. If you’re looking for a golf club and the right fit, you’re in the right place. JD’s Clubs is consider one of the most reputable custom golf club providers on the internet!
