HZRDUS T1100 Storming the PGA Tour
If you have been following the PGA Tour, you probably have noticed that HZRDUS T1100 has been a top choice of many players. This graphite shaft has become more and more popular since its introduction to the golfing community in the summer of 2017. Once only used by PGA Tour players, now the shaft has become available to the general public.
Why HZRDUS T1100 is storming the PGA Tour? The answer is simple: excellent performance. In fact, it has found a place in the bag of some of the world’s top players, including that of the World #1 Dustin Johnson.
What started with the HZRDUS Black and later expanded to the Red and Yellow, now golfers have T1100 – the lowest launching and the lowest spinning version.
Here are some things about HZRDUS T1100 that are worth-noting:
- Aesthetics – While all the other HZRDUS shafts are matte black, T1100 has broken that color tradition with its silver base color. It is outlined in a lime green, which really a standout, and the specs are showcased on the hazmat placard. Apart from the high-end design, this shaft also comes in a metallic chrome paint, which takes four days to apply.
- Feel – Experts say, HZRDUS T1100 shafts, which come in 65 gram weight in 5.5, 6.0, and 6.5 flex; and, a 75 gram weight in 6.0 and 6.5 flex, are for more aggressive players with high ball speeds. This shaft feels totally solid with very little “kick” at impact, even for fast transition players.
- Performance – Engineered to be a “stiff throughout” shaft, HZRDUS T1100 produces some of the lowest launching and lowest spinning drives. Some professional players who have tried this shaft say “T11OO never got soft, loose, or torque-y” even it if they swing as hard as possible.
While the T1100 is a relatively new addition to the HZRDUS family, it is storming the PGA Tour because, again, of its performance – it is very low spinning, ideal even for fast, aggressive swings.
